Colour: Deep, hazy, copper.
Aroma: Crème brûlée and caramelized malt.
Palate: Bitter orange and peach cobbler.
Finish: Earthy and effervescent hoppy dryness.
Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Magnum.
Pairings: North Indian curries, BBQ, cajun, schezuan, enchiladas.

Colour: Golden, hazy orange sunset.
Aroma: Kumquats, fresh flowers.

Finish: Citrusy, resiny, hoppy loveliness.
Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Magnum, Summit.
Pairings: Sourdough pizza, fried foods, fragrant curries, falafel.
